Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, from posting jobs to onboarding.
  • Support the development and implementation of talent management programs.

  • Organize and coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Human Resources or Talent Management, preferably 5 years+.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English for effective communication.
