Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
• Conduct inspections and identify potential risks and unsafe conditions.
• Support the investigation of incidents and accidents, proposing corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental matters.
• Provide training and awareness on health and safety protocols to staff.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Health and Safety Assistant or similar role.
• Knowledge of Peruvian occupational health and safety regulations (e.g., Law 29783).
• Ability to identify risks and implement preventive measures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
