Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate staffing of the retail sales department and raise concerns to the Branch Manager (BM).
• Provide input on Customer Service Officer (CSO) performance to the BM.
• Offer coaching, mentoring, and guidance to CSOs.
• Support the BM in implementing retail sales change initiatives.
• Actively sell/cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing Classic and Advantage customers.
• Supervise CSO performance by participating in and leading daily retail sales team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 10 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector.
• At least 5 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the branch network function.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
