Key Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in implementing retail sales change initiatives.
• Actively sell and cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers.
• Supervise CSO performance by participating in and leading daily retail sales team meetings.
• Attract new customers to the branch through personal relations and existing customer referrals.
• Ensure activities adhere to audit, risk, legal, and policy requirements.
• Identify staff training needs and address them.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 10 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector.
• At least 5 years in similar positions of increasing managerial responsibilities in the branch network function.
• Must be an Emirati national.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
