Key Responsibilities
- Provide inputs to the development of the overall division strategy.
- Deliver the Facilities Management strategy while ensuring contractual commitments are met.
- Manage the Facilities and Operations team, setting objectives, and providing feedback.
- Recommend and oversee the budget for the business unit and monitor financial performance.
- Monitor service delivery performance and lead the evaluation of suppliers’ performance.
- Manage customers’ expectations through clear communication and a transparent work attitude.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s in Management or Facilities Management preferred.
- 8+ years’ experience in operations management, with exposure to Maintenance and Facilities Management.
- Knowledge of CMMS is preferable.
- ADQCC/AADC/ADDC Approved Professional is preferable.
- Must be fluent in Arabic Language.
