    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the General Manager in the daily operations and overall management of the hotel.
    • Oversee departmental performance, ensuring high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
    • Implement and maintain RIU’s operational standards, policies, and procedures across all hotel functions.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Manage guest relations, promptly addressing inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues.
    • Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and financial performance of the property.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in an Assistant General Manager or a senior leadership role.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations and achieve business objectives.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric approach.
    • Thorough understanding of hotel operations, including front office, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance.
    • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
