Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR Business Partners in the execution of HR strategies and programs.

  • Participate in performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to build a career in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and multicultural environment.
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
