    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in planning and implementing HR policies and processes.
    • Support employee compensation and benefit programs.
    • Coordinate job analysis, descriptions, evaluations, and grading.
    • Implement the performance management process and provide guidance.
    • Develop and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency in HR data by maintaining employee records.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within the UAE market.
    • Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and regulatory requirements.
    • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and strong proficiency in English.
    • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS systems.
