Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end logistics activities, including collection, sorting, packaging, and dispatch of prepared meals.
- Coordinate route planning, fleet scheduling, and delivery tracking to ensure timely deliveries across Dubai and other UAE regions.
- Oversee inflow/outflow of packaging materials, delivery supplies, and perishable groceries.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers, drivers, and courier partners to secure competitive rates and reliability.
- Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports (delivery performance, cost analysis, exceptions).
- Work closely with Production, Customer Service, and Sales teams to align delivery schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years in logistics, transportation planning, or distribution operations.
- Proficiency with routing software, inventory tools, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet tight delivery deadlines.
