This role will lead the development and execution of brand strategies, strengthen consumer engagement, and support the growth of F&N’s extensive portfolio of iconic products.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand marketing plans to increase awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
• Manage all aspects of brand marketing including research, campaigns, content, and channel strategy.
• Work cross-functionally with advertising, digital, and sales teams to ensure consistency.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign results to drive strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, media, and influencers.
• Monitor brand health metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles (preferably FMCG).
• Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative thinker passionate about innovative brand strategies.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
