Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Front Office team to ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest service.
  • Manage guest arrivals, departures, and all inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure all front office procedures comply with Jumeirah’s luxury service standards.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate front office colleagues to achieve performance goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Assistant Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of hotel operating systems and front office procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
