    Job Overview

    Daman — The National Insurance Company — is hiring a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager for its Intermediary Business (Broker Channel) in the UAE. You’ll drive broker retention strategies, deepen relationships across the intermediary network, optimize renewals, and coordinate cross-functionally (Underwriting, Claims, Finance) to deliver service excellence and compliant, data-driven growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage intermediary portfolios with proactive engagement and relationship management across the UAE.
    • Monitor retention KPIs; analyze renewal drivers and recommend data-backed actions.
    • Design engagement programs that elevate customer experience and broker loyalty.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, smooth processing of intermediary transactions.
    • Plan and run intermediary meetings, trainings, and activation initiatives.
    • Prepare and present insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
    • Support contract negotiations, SLAs, and long-term collaboration frameworks.
    • Lead data analysis on intermediary performance; identify targeted interventions.
    • Enhance CRM and digital tools to streamline touchpoints and retention tracking.
    • Embed quality assurance; ensure policy/regulatory compliance and best practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s in Business/Finance/Marketing (MBA preferred); certifications such as CII/LIMRA/LOMA advantageous.
    • 5–7 years in intermediary business, client retention, sales, or relationship management; 2–3 years in a supervisory role within health insurance/financial services.
    • Strong regulatory awareness, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
    • Analytical, customer-centric, and process-improvement mindset; CRM proficiency.
