Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage legal operations, ensuring strict compliance with local and international laws.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on technology-related contracts, data privacy, and intellectual property matters.
- Draft, review, and meticulously negotiate various agreements, including vendor contracts and client agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support business initiatives and proactively mitigate risks.
- Liaise effectively with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of robust internal legal policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Proven experience in legal roles, with a strong preference for experience within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, intellectual property, and data protection regulations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple complex legal matters effectively.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage.
