Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage key Audit & Assurance engagements.

  • Ensure adherence to Deloitte’s global methodologies and professional standards in audit practices.
  • Collaborate with various teams to integrate L&D initiatives with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and talent development strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Audit & Assurance, preferably within a professional services firm.
  • Proven experience or strong interest in learning and development, or talent management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
