Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain robust safety standards and protocols within Home Care manufacturing operations.
- Drive Manufacturing Excellence (ManEx) initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for manufacturing personnel to foster a strong safety culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety and ManEx best practices across the value chain.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in safety management and/or manufacturing excellence, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
