Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all delegated leads within required timeframes.
- Respond to group and event inquiries with customized proposals.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions to secure bookings.
- Maintain accurate database management and track activities in Delphi.
- Participate in MICE sales and strategy meetings.
- Conduct site inspections effectively and professionally.
Requirements
- High-school Degree from an accredited institution is required
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s from an accredited University is essential
- 5 to 8 years of sales experience with an international hospitality company
- Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of additional language
