Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the beach, sports, and leisure facilities.
• Create memorable guest experiences by engaging proactively with guests.
• Assist in leading, motivating, and training the beach and leisure team.
• Support the implementation of initiatives to increase guest engagement.
• Oversee equipment inventory, activity scheduling, and cash-handling procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery professionally.

Requirements

• Strong background in guest service and outdoor leisure operations.
• Fluency in English; additional international languages are an advantage.
• Experience working with beach clubs, water sports, pools, or leisure activities.
• Good financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
