Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and regular stock reconciliation.
• Oversee a team of store personnel, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehousing and logistics processes.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams for timely material flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies within the store.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in store management or warehousing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
