Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust tactical demand plans for the South East Asia region.
- Analyze historical data, market intelligence, and statistical forecasts to drive demand accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive demand reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align on demand forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock allocation based on demand predictions.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities related to demand fluctuations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, forecasting software).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
