Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing program data for reporting.
- Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) databases accurately.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support program monitoring and evaluation.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on MIS tools and data entry procedures.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and confidentiality across all information systems.
- Support the development and implementation of new MIS initiatives.
Requirements
- Relevant academic background or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
