Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service.
• Create memorable dining experiences by personalizing guest service.
• Drive outlet performance through team leadership and training.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives to optimize revenue.
• Manage inventory, supply requisitions, and cashiering functions.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality.
• WSET Level 2 or 3 is desirable.
• Additional languages required (Arabic, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Italian, German or Russian).
• Leadership and Team management skills.
