Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations ensuring exceptional service and adherence to brand standards.
• Create memorable dining experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing service.
• Drive outlet performance through effective team leadership and training.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives to optimize revenue and maintain cost efficiency.
• Manage inventory, supply requisitions, and cashiering functions for smooth operations.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns, turning challenges into opportunities for satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality.
• WSET Level 2 or 3 is desirable.
• Additional languages required (Arabic, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Italian, German or Russian).
• Leadership and Team management skills.
