Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular risk assessments and enforce compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage daily production activities, allocate resources, and ensure timely product delivery.
- Plan staff schedules, lead performance appraisals, and provide targeted training.
- Collaborate with Organizational Effectiveness team to identify lean principles.
- Enforce hygiene and food safety standards through regular audits.
- Monitor and control planned labor hours and implement cost-saving measures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high volume FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience implementing lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
- Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal abilities to motivate and guide teams.
- Proficient in production management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional focus on ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
