    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the implementation of programme activities and project work plans.
    • Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of monitoring and evaluation data.
    • Contribute to the development of M&E tools and methodologies.
    • Help prepare M&E reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
    • Participate in field visits for monitoring and data verification.
    • Support capacity-building initiatives for programme staff on M&E concepts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, International Development, or Statistics.
    • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
    • Proficiency in data collection and analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS).
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment.
