    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Expedite timelines and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks.
    • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
    • Manage logistics and oversee the smooth flow of materials and resources.
    • Communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
    • Provide administrative and operational support to senior project managers.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong market research and analytical skills.
    • Experience in expediting and logistics management.
    • Knowledge of project management practices and inspection processes.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
    • Must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (on-site role).
    • PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
