Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the design process across multidisciplinary teams.
• Review and integrate design deliverables for consistency and accuracy.
• Develop and monitor design programs and schedules.
• Facilitate coordination workshops and BIM reviews.
• Lead authority submission processes, ensuring compliance.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in design coordination or management.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong knowledge of GCC authority approval processes and international design standards.
• Proficiency in BIM platforms and design management tools.
