Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily reservation operations for golf clubs and entertainment properties.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all bookings and inquiries.
• Train and mentor reservation team members to maintain high service standards.
• Resolve guest issues and special requests related to reservations promptly.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize booking strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property offerings, promotions, and systems.

• Proven experience in a reservations or front office role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
