The role involves working with the Restaurant General Manager, Supervisors, and Crew Members to ensure the store operates at the highest level, directing daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager.
- Lead and motivate Crew Members and Supervisors, providing regular feedback.
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in scheduling, ordering, and team development.
- Ensure Health and Safety policies and local municipality food safety requirements are followed.
- Maintain fast, accurate service and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Perform all Crew Member and Supervisor tasks as needed.
Requirements
- College Level or a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Experience reporting in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Understanding of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and coach team members.
