    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for hotel suites.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, travel agency, and long-stay markets.
    • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients.
    • Support the negotiation of contracts and rate agreements in line with hotel guidelines.
    • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality-related roles.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Customer-focused, results-driven, and organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Sales & target oriented with good client relationship management.
