Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for hotel suites.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, travel agency, and long-stay markets.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients.
- Support the negotiation of contracts and rate agreements in line with hotel guidelines.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality-related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Sales & target oriented with good client relationship management.
