Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in delivering excellent customer service standards.

• Maximize sales opportunities through communication with Buying and Planning departments.
• Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the store manager.
• Implement and maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma – High school certificate
• Qualification in Retail related field is an added advantage
• Minimum 4-5 years’ industry experience
• Management skills
