    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the development and implementation of the school’s vision and strategic direction.
    • Set a clear action plan for designated areas of responsibility as allocated by the Principal.

    • Manage designated areas to ensure improvements in students’ knowledge, skills, and abilities.
    • Foster positive relationships and attitudes to inspire and motivate students and staff.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in education or BA Degree with PGCE or equivalent teacher qualification.
    • Minimum 6 years’ educational experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
    • Competent in IT and able to organize tasks and multi-task.
    • Must have integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
