Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services according to company policies.
- Support supplier relationship management and negotiation processes.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to efficiency improvements within the supply chain.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
