Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and journal entries.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and internal policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and reconcile financial data.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for financial reporting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or reporting.
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); experience with ERP systems a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
