Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and journal entries.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and reconcile financial data.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for financial reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or reporting.
  • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); experience with ERP systems a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
