Job Overview
Klook is searching for an Associate Manager, SEA IT to oversee and optimize IT operations across Southeast Asia. This role requires a blend of strategic IT leadership, hands-on infrastructure management, and people management skills to ensure smooth business operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven travel platform.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Strategy: Align regional IT roadmap with global business goals.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor IT professionals across SEA offices.
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and scale networks, servers, cloud, and devices.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure value and service quality.
- Security & Compliance: Safeguard systems and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Project Management: Deliver IT upgrades, integrations, and implementations on time and budget.
- Support: Resolve IT issues quickly to minimize business disruption.
- Analytics: Leverage data to monitor and optimize IT performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–6 years’ IT management experience, preferably multi-site/regional.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on expertise in IT infrastructure, security, and best practices.
- Proven track record in project & vendor management.
- Data-driven and solutions-focused mindset.
