Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial due diligence for M&A, divestiture, and restructuring transactions.
  • Analyze financial performance, forecasts, and key drivers of target companies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate effectively with engagement teams, clients, and other advisors.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities related to transactions.
  • Support business development activities and contribute to proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • Proven experience in financial due diligence, audit, corporate finance, or a similar advisory role.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for client and internal interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
