Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily back-of-house operations within a large-scale catering facility.
  • Ensure efficient food preparation, production, and logistics in accordance with strict standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of operational staff.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous food safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and support procurement processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in back-of-house operations, catering management, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and multicultural work environment.
