    Key Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming calls and direct them to guest rooms, staff, or departments.
    • Take and distribute messages for guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Provide information about hotel services and public hotel events to guests.
    • Log all service requests, defects, and incidents in GXP.
    • Monitor automated systems including CCTV when the engineering and maintenance department is closed.
    • Update necessary information on the PMS/Opera and upload registered guests in house in CID (Criminal Investigation Department) system.

    Requirements

    • Speaks clearly, distinctly, and with a friendly, courteous tone, preferably with Arabic speaking skills.
    • Uses listening skills to put callers at ease and obtains accurate, complete information.
    • Must be polite and courteous while answering the phone.
    • Multitasking abilities will always come in handy.
    • Ability to follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures.
    • Maintains awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.
