Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to guest rooms or hotel personnel.
• Take and distribute messages for guests in a timely manner.
• Provide information about hotel services and public hotel events.
• Log service requests, defects, and incidents in GXP.
• Monitor automated systems, including CCTV, during off-hours.
• Ensure room service orders are taken efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Speaks clearly and courteously with a friendly tone.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle emergency calls.
• Polite and courteous phone manner.
• Awareness of health and safety, fire, and bomb threat procedures.
• Familiarity with PMS/Opera systems and CID requirements.
