Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and set up daily operations of the male spa according to Talise standards.
- Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service.
- Replenish necessary items in the spa and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of spa facilities.
- Handle guest complaints effectively and record guest comments.
- Assist therapists in preparing for treatments and maintain equipment.
