Key Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Plan, organize, lead, and control team activities using digital platforms.

• Source quality business while ensuring compliance with fraud and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure effective customer relationship management and address training needs for the team.
• Provide regular customer and market feedback to senior management to improve product offerings.
