Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
- Ensure payroll operations comply with all relevant local, regional, and international laws and tax regulations.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform detailed payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy between payroll records and bank statements.
- Liaise with IT and HR Systems teams to drive process automation and system enhancement initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex payroll queries from employees and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with payroll data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a team.
