    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code.
    • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes.
    • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
    • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
    • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
    • Integrate data storage solutions and manage database operations effectively.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Go, Ruby).
    • Understanding of database technologies such as SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
    • Familiarity with version control tools, preferably Git.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
