Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services for the Connecteam platform.
- Contribute to the architectural vision and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of backend systems and APIs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and other engineering teams to deliver new features.
- Participate in code reviews, uphold coding standards, and mentor junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Backend Engineer in a mid-senior level capacity, preferably in a platform team.
- Strong proficiency in relevant backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go, Java).
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and teamwork capabilities.
