Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of banquet operations and events.
- Ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction are met during all functions.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen, sales, and other departments for seamless event execution.
- Train, supervise, and motivate banquet team members to perform at their best.
- Manage banquet setup, service, and breakdown according to established protocols.
- Maintain inventory control for banquet equipment and supplies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Banquet Supervisor or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service, banquet setup, and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
