Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of banquet operations and events.
• Ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction are met during all functions.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen, sales, and other departments for seamless event execution.
• Train, supervise, and motivate banquet team members to perform at their best.
• Manage banquet setup, service, and breakdown according to established protocols.
• Maintain inventory control for banquet equipment and supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Banquet Supervisor or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service, banquet setup, and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
