Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
- Ensure adherence to food hygiene, licensing, and safety standards.
- Liaise with managers, waiters, and runners to ensure smooth operations.
- Clean glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and restock bar supplies.
- Correctly order, date, and store food, sanitizing equipment to maintain food product integrity.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service.
- Ability to use a coffee maker.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
