Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area, adhering to all hygiene standards.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent service, offer recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Accurately handle cash and card transactions, processing orders efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking the bar, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure a seamless dining and drinking experience.
Requirements
- A passion for mixology and creating unique, high-quality drink experiences.
- Excellent customer service and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
