Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks to service beverages according to hotel standards.
• Achieve guest satisfaction and organizational profitability.
• Offer innovative products and services to maximize revenue.
• Set up the bar and prepare mise-en-place for service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and equipment.
• Extend prompt, courteous service to all guests and colleagues.

Requirements

• Ideally, have a diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Bar Operations.
• Excellent command of English.
• Additional skills in guest service and interpersonal communication.
• Knowledge about wines, liquor, and cocktails is a plus.
