Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate and handle all guest inquiries.
• Participate in the effective day-to-day operation at the Bell service desk.
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel products and services.
• Ensure the lobby area is clean and tidy at all times.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide luggage storage services.
• Coordinate the delivery of messages and other items to guest rooms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Opera.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Hospitality background preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
