Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival with genuine warmth and assist with luggage.
• Handle all guest luggage, deliveries, and storage efficiently.
• Provide information on resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Transportation teams.
• Assist with valet or transport arrangements, maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, entrance, and luggage areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Bell Attendant, Porter, or Guest Services role within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong sense of service, attentiveness, and personal presentation.
• Physically fit to handle luggage and outdoor work.
