Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel lobby and entrance.
- Coordinate with the front desk and concierge to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Deliver messages, mail, and packages to guest rooms as required.
